We Do Not Sell Materials

We do not sell floor covering. We are professional installers, only!

Every job is different. Estimates are FREE and we give firm quotes with no obligation. We are ready to begin work subject to approval of our price quotes and terms. You will be satisfied with Flooring Masters. We guarantee it by offering a lifetime warranty on installation.

If you ever have a problem, we will take care of it.

We can save you money on materials

Even thought we do not sell floor covering materials we do have established accounts with several suppliers around town. For example, we can pass:

  •
  • - 25 to 45% off retail pricing at ProSource
  • - 15% off retail special orders and 25 to 50%
off materials instock at Mees Tile &
        Marble.
  • - Up to 20% off retail at Louisville Tile
        Distributors.
  • - Flooring Solutions offers up to 30% off.
  • - 10% off retail for instock carpet, pad and
vinyl, and 6% off special order carpet and
vinyl at Floors Unlimited. They do not
offer any discounts on wood and tile
        type products.

We only pass the savings on to you if we do the installation of those materials.

Be careful when buying your materials.

Installers are not liable for materials wrongly purchased.

A lot of times Home Depot and Lowe's beat competitors on pricing - even with the discounts we get. The trade off however is the limited selections that Home Depot and Lowe's carry. More importantly, the thing you have to be aware of when buying material from Home Depot and Lowe's is that they buy odd lots from all over the country and pool those materials and distribute them among their outlets. In doing so several dye-lots get mixed together. Sometimes the color difference in shading is minimal, more times than none (in my experience) the difference is noticeable.

We installed 1,100 square feet of tile one time and wet the tile all looked the same. After the flooring was installed and dried overnight, we came back the next day only to discover that one box of tile was of a different dye-lot. Very noticeable! It took the customer over two months to track down another box of tile. They got lucky. We then went back, at the customer's expense, to bust out and replace the odd-ball tiles.

Natural stone, when properly sealed, is simple to care for and maintain. Keep your natural stone looking its best by sweeping, dust-mopping or vacuuming prior to wet-mopping with a pH-balanced neutral cleaner or warm water.
